Property Access & Conditions
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property. Blue Back Landscaping LLC is not responsible for delays or damage caused by hidden obstacles, underground items, or unsafe conditions not disclosed in advance.
Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, Blue Back Landscaping LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear, or factors beyond our control.
